On Tuesday 3rd September Bournemouth Chess Club will be hosting a Simultaneous Chess display at Winton Liberal Club.
This will be an opportunity to celebrate the club's new premises and the start of the 2019/20 season. All are welcome, including players from other clubs. If you are interested in taking part then do let us know. There will be a small cover charge for buffet and refreshments.
Further information will be available when we have more of an idea of numbers. We look forward to seeing you all in September for a landmark evening for the club!

A simultaneous exhibition or simultaneous display is a chess exhibition in which one player (typically of high rank, such as a grandmaster or dan-level player) plays multiple games at a time with a number of other players. Such an exhibition is often referred to simply as a "simul".
